Get ready with your family.

  1. Create a group

    Sign in with Apple. The person who creates the group becomes its administrator.

  2. Invite your family

    Share an invitation link. After they join, the administrator assigns one requester and at least one helper.

  3. Add destinations

    Save frequent places such as home or a station. Once helpers allow notifications, you are ready.

Family Monthly

Give more family members a way to help. The administrator buys the monthly plan.

Both plans allow one requester and up to six destinations. The administrator counts as a helper only when assigned that role.

The plan appears when you assign a fourth helper. Check the in-app purchase screen for price, seven-day free-trial eligibility, and renewal terms.

Purchases, restores, and cancellation

Your location is shared
once, when you ask.

Mukauyo does not continuously track your movement. It shares one location snapshot with the family members authorized for this request.

When the request is completed, canceled, or expires, the pickup location is deleted from the active database.

Frequently asked questions

Does everyone need an iPhone?

Everyone who uses the app needs an iPhone with iOS 18 or later and Sign in with Apple. The app is available in Japanese and English. It is for adults 18 and older in Japan and the United States.

Can I set more than one requester?

Each group has one requester. The administrator can change the requester, but not while a request is active. Requester and helper roles cannot be combined.

Are notifications or arrival times guaranteed?

No. Notification delivery depends on device settings and network conditions, and the ETA is selected by the helper. Open the app to check the request state. Mukauyo is not an emergency service.

Can I schedule a pickup or track a trip?

Mukauyo supports immediate requests. It does not include scheduled pickups, live tracking, in-app chat, or calling.
